I’m a highly motivated, hands-on, and results-oriented business professional with proven abilities in strategic planning, managing operations, improving the efficiency of operations, and team building. Able to identify areas of strengths and weaknesses and implement company policies, standards, changes in operation, and systems that optimize productivity and bottom line.

I have been in the Restaurant business for 40 years. I started as a team member and worked my way to General Manager with KFC. I then joined Taco Bell in 2017 where I was a Training GM and then became an Area Coach. I have a passion for teaching and motivating people. I love watching them grow and move up for success. I worked my way into a Senior Field Trainer in 2021. I have helped to train entire teams, shift leads, managers, and area coaches helping to turn restaurants around after the COVID effects. Training is where my passion lies.
